Are your processes environmentally friendly?
Yes. All of our painting processes are carried out following strict environmental guidelines. We are EPA registered with the local authority and we use fully compliant products including water-based paints. Waste paint and thinners are recycled and re-used onsite.

Is work carried out guaranteed?
Yes, any parts replaced are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty, plus any repairs and paint work we carry out is guaranteed.

Are you members of any official bodies?
Yes, Commercial Colours were recently awarded VBRA membership, which also incorporates an Office of Fair Trading Approved Code.

Do you supply courtesy vehicles?
Yes. We courtesy vehicle fleet includes two tractor units, one Vito and one Sprinter van, plus two Vauxhall Combi vans.

Can you help with my insurance claim?
Providing you have informed your insurance company of your claim Commercial Colours can contact them to speed up the process of having the repairs carried out. We have an excellent working relationship with many insurance companies and their engineers which simplifies the often complicated claim process.

How much will it cost to repair/paint my vehicle ?
This will depend on the extent of the damage, condition of the vehicle and the finish required. Please complete our estimate request form for a no obligation quotation and please attach photographs wherever possible.
